Your Nursing Resume - Words You Might Want to Avoid

Using words like "responsible for" or "provided care for" are not specific and do not tell the employer much of anything. Be realistic. Anybody applying for nursing jobs in Canada would be responsible for providing nursing care.

That is a not something that is special or sets you apart from other applicants for the nursing jobs in Canada. Any employer in the Canadian health care system would expect a nurse to be responsible for nursing care.
